Interview
Applies through a campus career fair and interviewed on campus about a week later. The interview was one on one with an HR rep who had been through the program herself. The questions were mostly behavioral and one technical.

If you were in charge of a manufacturing line, and the line went down and there wasn't anyone to ask for help in solving the problem, What would you do?
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

Describe a situation where you had to quickly find a solution to a problem with limited information.
one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
