Interview
Interview was conducted on my University Campus with 2 other supply chain managers. I received the interview offer through my university career fair. An average interview with both members alternating which questions they would ask me. Come in prepared and be able to read off your resume to answer their questions. The questions are based around management experiences.

Name a situation in which you had to think on the spot?
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
