Interview
I first went through a phone interview that was conducted by two higher up PepsiCo employees from different states and then eventually a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview consists of a situation you are given to prepare for 24 hours before the interview and two other interviews with different level managers, equaling close to 3 hours total for the interview.

The interview process is very fast, about 2-3 rounds, the first is self-introduction, and then ask the understanding of the position, some classic P&G eight questions such as the difficulties encountered.

The interview was really nice! They asked me about myself, past experience, internet in sales. Mostly they want to know your personality. Outgoing, energetic, and positive energy will do you great in the interview! Understand what sales management is and make sure to express your past educational experiences that helped you understand this aspect of business.

It is a Standard interview process and it took around 20 to 30 minutes. Asked all behavioral questions and there were about 5-8 of them that needed to be answered. Not hard
