I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (South Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2015
Interview
First I had the phone interview and it went smooth, they sent out an email letting me know when my second interview was. They said wear pants and tennis shoes. Let me tell you how unethical that is. In phoenix its at least a buck o five everyday. The hands on activity was outside and they didn't warn you about staying hydrated because no one knew it would be outside. Since the hands on activity is 90% of the interview process if you slow down because you are over heating in this Arizona weather you don't get the job. I'm not from Arizona so I felt like they should have told me. Bad experience didn't get it.

Interview process was as expected from watching YouTube videos, just pay attention when you have the physical assessment …I had to build pallet orders then check off on order sheet.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Norfolk, VA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Entered the building at set interview time was greeted and walked into the back by the hiring manager. Was asked a total of 5 questions then watched a video detailing the job description and the on site assessment. After signing a pre employment non-liability waiver I was taken upstairs to conduct the assessment. I was given 15 minutes to complete three order forms and palletize and depalletize the orders. Following successful completion of the assessment I was walked outside to speak with the hiring manager for a few and was told to keep an eye out for any emails.
