I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Harrisburg, PA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Short and to the point - basically it all depends on who you are and who you know as one of the present managers did mention its not what you know but what they think that you know. Seems like they already know who that want in the different slots and they simply go through the process to satisfy requirements.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Springfield, MO) in Aug 2024
Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
