Went to the career fair at my college, submitted resume online through our career site. Was then contacted to schedule an interview through career center on campus. It was a one on one interview with the area sales manager. Explained the intern responsibilities, expectations, and a typical day.

Give an example of a time when you implanted a meaningful change.
It was not too hard of a process, asked basic behavioral questions. it was a couple rounds but nothing tehcnical, wanted to see how you work with conflict and in team settings
It was very connecting, questions werent difficult and it flowed well. The interviewer was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. She was younger which matched up with me as I am young as well
