I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Performance Bicycle (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2019
Interview
Was a quick and easy process to apply through the local store. Had an interview with the store manager on current goals/ experience, and interest for applying to performance. Was extremely flexible with time as long as you told them ahead of time. You were locked in at about 2 weeks prior
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Performance Bicycle (Newark, DE) in Jun 2017
Interview
Extremely casual experience. I sat in the office and answered a few questions from the Manager. A buddy of mine worked there and that's basically how I got introduced to the shop. It was a very low stress interview situation.
