I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pet Plan (London, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
There were three stages to the process 1. Interview with Allianz recruiter. 2. Interview with department leader. 3. Mock call interview with department leader.
Overall it was a good experience until they cancelled my recruitment process during the last stage, "internal issues". Regardless of this reason, I'm sure they know how draining job hunting can be especially when they have x amount of stages in their process to pass through themselves .
On top of that sending me an unsuccessful confirmation email proves to me that they are covering their tracks to keep up appearances. Everything does happen for a reason and I'm glad I got to see beyond face value with this organisation.

Question 1
General (tell me about yourself?) and situational (tell me about a time you recieved good customer service)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pet Plan (Brentford, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
3 stage process telephone interview approx 1 hour, face to face competency based questions approx 1 hour with 2 staff members. 3rd and final stage included a mathematical test, a presentation and a final chat.
i got through to all stages, and fell at the final hurdle. not entirely sure why, but seems as though the job is still available so they may have shortlisted candidates and didn't take on any.

Question 1
their competency questions and tests were very dated. seems as though the process is very traditional. many competency questions felt repetitive and some very vague.
