Long interview process but very good recruiters and interview questions average industry benefits and pay didn't have a great range in the research I did you would do good if you have a strong sales personality to sell their new VCP package

Interview
It was a standard Recruiter interview and then standard situational interview with the territory general manager and the District general manager. They asked about different animals you were comfortable handling.
*disclaimer, was an internal promotion. 2 interviews. First with District Manager, second with market manager and head of HR for territory. Second interview felt very store specific. Was focused on conflict resolution amongst associates in the store.
