Too intense for what the job is, there were three interviews done and the question were not relative to the job in any kind of way. I was blown away at the condescending tone used by all 3 people

Interview
Very standard. Was greeted in the waiting room and brought to the sales directors office for an interview with him and another senior manager from the contact centre floor. Covered some of my history in similar positions, motivations for applying, and customer service scenarios (Ex. 'Talk about a time you handled a difficult client's concerns positively'). Overall the interview was quite relaxed and normal.
