Graduate Rotational Development Program (Engineering) Interview

      Oct 18, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pfizer in Sep 2018

      Interview

Interview process was extremely structured, fair, and unbiased. Interviewer set the stage with transparency by telling everyone that the questions asked would all be behavioral, and the most effective answers would be based on the STAR interview format. Everyone interviewed that day received the same questions and were offered the opportunity to run through your resume with an approximate 5 minute elevator pitch.
