I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Pfizer (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2023
Interview
The HireVue interview was easy to do. They just ask STAR questions and they give you a few minutes to answer. You have 3 attempts but unlimited time between attempts. The 5 questions that I wrote out are 5 questions I was asked on HireVue. The games are easy but take them seriously just in case.

Question 1
1)explain a time when you adapted to a large change while working on a project or school assignment 2)Why are you a good fit for this role and company 3) Tell us about a time when you had to quickly build a relationship at work or at school.. 4)Describe a time when it was very important for you to adhere to rules and regulations. 5)Describe a time when you were asked to perform skills or meet requirements that were outside of your comfort zone.
They sent a hirevue to most applicants, took months to get back. The hiring process seemed lazy on their part. There were also no coding questions at the first stage.
