I applied online. I interviewed at Pfizer in Aug 2023
Interview
I applied and was contacted by the TA team to schedule a quick call. On the 5 minute zoom meeting, they confirmed my background and legal status to work in the U.S. Once done, I was told that I'd hear from them later in the week to schedule time with the payroll department for a panel interview - I have never heard back and my follow-up email to the TA team went unanswered.
Not a great candidate experience at all and is very disappointing. I applied in September and the application is still active, 3 months later. Even if I get a call after year-end, I don't think I'd want to move forward, as this makes me wonder what other processes are inefficient and not running as they should.
Also, panel interviews are antiquated and create a power dynamic that's uncomfortable for candidates. I would encourage Pfizer to look at why they do panel interviews and aren't investing the time in 1:1 conversations, where they can really get to know someone who is interested in investing their talents and experience in the company.

I interviewed at Pfizer (Thessaloníki, Western Macedonia)
Interview
One phone interview and then Interview with the managers. Easy questions but although the position is hybrid they expect you to move there (something that was not mentioned nor at the job post or during the interview).
