Initially contacted by recruiter in HR. Recruiter provided insight into the company and was extremely helpful. Did not have a lot of insight into the hiring group or the position. It was a panel interview in which I had the opportunity to meet the group. Discussion was open and comfortable - I was able to confidently answer their questions. Overall it was a late start and a relatively early finish and I had the feeling that it was not going to move forward. It seemed as though they had already identified their first choice candidate.
