Week 1 - Received phone call from recruiter for a 30 minute phone screen.
Week 2 - 30 minute Phone screen, resume walk through. Couple of days later received call from another recruiter for 30 minute phone screen with hiring manager. 30 minute phone screen with hiring manager, resume walk through and couple of questions on past product experiences.
I was told that next round of 4 interviews would be onsite but due to global health scenario onsite interviews changed to video calls with Bangalore team at Philips Innovation Centre. It was at this time I asked the recruiter about the format of these interviews, specifically about Case style product development/improvement format and the recruiter specifically denied it.
Week 3 - day of final interviews - to my surprise, 1st video interview with hiring manager & 2nd video interview with Director both focused heavily on on Case solving and 3 behavioral questions in each round regarding conflict management. Another shocking aspect was both interviewers asked exactly same questions, and I explained to the 2nd interviewer that I have been asked these exact same questions, this was very unusual, never had two interviewers asking exactly same set of questions.
3rd round was with HR team member which was basically 3 behavioral questions again around conflict management.
Following these I was told another video interview with Netherlands team but was later cancelled.
Overall,advise is, prepare Case style product problem, because whatever be the reason, I exactly asked for the format of the interview and recruiter said no Case question , however, both video interviews asked 2 Case questions(75% of the video interview time).
Finally, I was told I would get a response in 2 days, but so far it has been 2 weeks and the recruiting team and did not get any response at all.
