I had 2 interviews one with hr director and another with the hiring manager and her colleague. The one with hr director was a 15mins interview and the one with the hiring managers lasted an hour.

Talk about the skills and competencies related to the role. Was requested to do an excel exercise to see my competencies. Was asked bout my future plans.
Automated interview, needed to answer 5 typical interview questions and complete 3 games, being a personality test, a pattern matching game and a game where you select multiple numbers that add up to the number shown.
First step was a hirevue interview with 3 game based assessment and 4 questions. The interview was pretty easy and basic questions and the games tested memory and computational skills
after applying on the Philips career website, i got an invitation email to hirevue virtual interview and game based assessment. it look less than an hour to complete. I was given 5 days to complete.
