I attended for full stack software developer role There were 3 rounds in total 2 technical and 1 managerial. I have performed well and reached 3rd round and each round is almost 1 to 1.5 hrs. Unfortunately they rejected me in 3rd managerial round. I am ok with the result as it's there decision to take me in or not but i am seriously disappointed on the point that i have to reach multiple times to HR to know the result of my last round atlast HR replied after 4 day's saying i am not selected. They have took my 4.5 hrs of precious time and if i am not selected they're not bothered to inform the same this is not right on thier part. i suggest the HR to learn how to respect the candidate and his time, else the candidate might get a negative opinion on the company.
