Phoenix Labs interview questions

4 step interview process over the course of 3 weeks with key stakeholders. There was an initial 20min phone call with the hiring manager followed by an hour long call with the potential supervisor the week after that. This was followed by 2 additional hour long interviews with directors.

Very approachable people with reasonable questions and interested in me and in my process. I had a very positive feeling overall. Everyone I met seemed professional and knowledgeable of their craft. They asked sensible questions that seemed necessary for them to know about me.
