1st round with director/founder : He asked about my work and projects and describe about company. Finally he asked about ECTC and I told him 14 LPA. He asked don't you think it's too high, then I said it's a start up company so it can be managed and he is ok with it.
2nd round : Not a scheduled round. Interviewer called me randomly but I gave the interview. Asked question on DP , data structure , algorithms, Java, Concurrency, Transaction Management in spring.
3rd round : They sent me a offline puzzle of mine sweeper game and I send the code with in 1 hour.
4th round : Consultant told me that it's of technical (basically puzzle which I solved) and HR. But the company founder is totally obsessed with ECTC. And finally he gave me a offer of 10LPA even I asked for clear 14 LPA at starting.
Consultant send me the offer of 8.9 LPA + 1 lakh annual bonus which was credited at year end. But I don't think they will credit that much of amount. So my in hand ctc is same as i'm getting in my current company. I had a long discussion with consultant but she was just work for their incentive doesn't matter the carrier of candidate.
I don't know why they scheduled interview after interview if he could not give me my ECTC or near to that. I belong to NCR region and they thought I will accept the offer to come back to NCR. This is the mentality of company founder. And also there are some conditions in the offer letter which shows that the company founder can be run any time with the money because he is uncertain that his company
will run long. They are short of funds and have only a single app.
Both the consultant and founder seems fraud and play with carrier of people. And they said that we have only IITians and NITs, but company founder is of same local college itself.
My Suggestion : Beware of such companies and recruiters who play with your carrier for their benefit. They just want to trick candidate to join the company.
