As such they have 2 rounds followed by an HR interview. 1st round will be technical and they ask basics about your technology as well as your project details. 2nd round will be a managerial and they ask few questions about managing the team and situations depending on your years of experience and the role for which you are applying if you are done with above 2 rounds than 3rd round is a general HR round.
