Interview
After the online application, I went through a two-part interviewing process. My first interview was with the store manager and my second was with the Regional Manager. After completing my initial interview with the store manager (in store), I was told that I would need to go through another interview with the Regional Manager before she could offer me the job. I knew the Regional Manager was a tough cookie so I went into the second interview (via phone) pretty nervous. The Regional Manager was surprisingly comforting and made me feel at ease which allowed me to keep a level head.

Tell me about a time (in your past job experiences or personal life) where you had to overcome an unhappy individual.
Interview process included phone and in person interview. Questions ranged from background history basic work and skills questions and more advanced situational questions. Examples of questions included positive and difficult customer experiences and sales based questions and how I walked through a sales situation in the past

The whole process was easy going and fast. The staff was professional and polite. It is very sad this company no longer exists in brick and mortar stores but only online.

Interview
The interview was easy and straightforward. They don't take up too much time with unnecessarily long interviews. I had one interview with the store manager. She asked the basic questions you'd expect for retail. They are focused on customer service.
