I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pilot Catastrophe Services, Inc. in Sep 2008
Interview
It was right before Hurricane Ike and Pilot was looking for additional adjusters, I was referred by another Pilot employee and got the call to be deployed that evening. Really no interview, just told me to be in Mobile, AL for orientation by 8am on Friday morning.
The interview process consisting of a brief phone screening with a member of their onboarding team. The conversation lasted under 20 minutes and comprised of generic interview-like questions. The interviewee was very inviting and made for a comfortable interview experience.

Question 1
Tell me about your prior experiences with field adjusting
Great company loved the way they train! The process from interview to working was very easy and scheduled properly! Overall I would recommend this company to anyone. Anyone seeking a beginning adjusting job should seek Pilot, you will get what you need to be able to do the job properly!

I applied online. I interviewed at Pilot Catastrophe Services, Inc. (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
Everything was pretty much done online for the onboarding paper work but for training we did an on site mouth swab drug test. Which was no hard but the guy doing the drug screening was rude
