Initial communication was quick; I was contacted the day after I filled out my application. The interview itself was rather informal, taking place in the travel center's lounge. The interview was rather short, lasting not even a total of ten minutes, which was nice since the manager was late getting started.

Interview
The first manager I worked for was an outstanding manager. He was very professional and very likeable which made for an easy feel atmosphere... The second was fabulous as well. He had to transfer to a different location. The 3rd Manager showed favoritism which made a very uncomfortable atmosphere.. Unfairness wasn't even the word for his actions!
I applied online. I interviewed at Pilot Flying J (Breaux Bridge, LA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview went well with the Gm and Regional Manager. I had something on my background from 2004 that had nothing to do with theft which is what the HR said was important. I was lied to by Human Resources, Dawn and received a call in less than 20 minutes that I was denied the job.
