      Flexible work schedule. Inter store staff are close like a family.

      As a woman dont expect to get promoted past store GM

      Do a better job training staff & planning better when hiring so you are not ALWAYS in a hiring crunch.

      Boys club mentality when it comes to promotion, promotion usually means moving around the country

      Money, opportunity to learn, opportunity to travel

      Cons

      Regional managers are rude and talk down to you, primarily male in upper management, extremely long hours.

      Open up to more women in regional and district positions. District be closer to your store managers.

      Good place to work on, not stressful job, pay is amazing for what you do

      Not enough work, on call in your off time, not many things to do so you will be bored most of the time.
