I applied online. I interviewed at PitchBook (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
1. Phone screening with a recruiter
2. Skype interview with the team
3. Take home assessment
I was very excited about the prospect of working with PitchBook. I spent a day on the take home assessment and really worked hard on it.
I was very disappointed to hear that I was not selected to move forward.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PitchBook
Interview
They first got back to me 2/3 weeks after I had first submitted my resume. HR contacted me for a phone screening, after which I did an aptitude test. Did a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and then did a written assessment. HR then contacted me for the final round, which was an interview with the same hiring manager, then an interview with the director for the department on the same day. They said it was the last round, and HR would contact me again. Appreciate HR for being communicative with me throughout the process. It took around 3 weeks to schedule all the rounds.

A lot of behavioural questions eg what would you do if you're in charge of a project that's 70% completed, but had to take another project that's not done and has a tighter deadline?
The questions they asked were relatively easy. They asked many STAR questions. 3 rounds total, phone screen, zoom, 3rd in person at Pioneer Square with 2 people, the manager and people on team.
