First round was with a recruiter. Second round was with two people, HR and Hiring Manager. Both pretty straightforward, asking behavioral questions, Got rejected 3 weeks later because they said I was too experienced and they want someone more junior. The job description called for 1+ years of experience and I have just under 2 years of full time experience. Absurd
