Very straightforward and fast process. the position was open and they wanted someone to start soon. One call with HR. One call with team leader. One call with manager. (which in my case were actually just 2 calls as I did team and manager together). In 1 week +/- I had an offer. Interviews were about your past experience, motivations to change and future expectations.
