I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2015
Interview
I found job through online posting from email service connected to Planned Parenthood. Applied on-line but went in, in person several times to drop off resume. Application process was extremely slow because it is dependent on one person. Job offer depends on the opinion of one manager. Sometimes prefer to hire under-qualified individuals because they may stay longer.

Interview
Interview was entirely remote, scheduled online through email and performed on Microsoft Teams. Interview had minor technical issues on employer side. Interviewers were friendly and the interview was very casual.
Was honestly pretty easy process. The questions were not too hard and the interviewers were very friendly. The pay for what they expect from a health center assistant is not very high.
