Submitted an application and received notice within a few days of an interview. Interview was with two employees working adjacent to the department I was applying to. Fairly lighthearted interview.

What makes you want to work at planned parenthood?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (New York, NY)
Interview
It was easy and the women were very nice. I have no idea why they didn't choose me yet asked me to stay in touch and to let them know if I apply for any other roles because they wanted me in the company. I would keep them on my radar for years, and let them know, but I never heard back, they never returned my calls. I feel like they were just full of empty words to give courage to a woman of color during the Trump admin. I see the reviewed here and now think I probably dodged a bullet. But it definitely changed how I view this organization and they'd get my hopes up for nothing.

A recruiter contacted me via email. I was did a phone interview and then given a date for the in-person interview very quickly. Afterwards, I had an interview with multiple people
