Applied online and heard back from the company within a few days to schedule a phone screen the following week. Unfortunately, we didn't proceed from there. I Only made it to the recruiter phone screen step. I was really interested in going through with the interview process until the recruiter explained that their "hybrid" schedule is 4 out of 5 days onsite. LOL. In fairness the recruiter did go back to the hiring manager to see if they'd be open to 3 days onsite instead of 4. However anything over 2 days in the office just isn't my vibe. This is technically an onsite job. Not Hybrid. Pay is on the lower scale too for level of responsibility + onsite working requirement.
