Question 1
Well, I would say the interview process is ok and the team is nice and friendly. The provide guidance clear to progress the interview process. However, I feel waste of my time as they withdraw the offer due to async. I'm the first engineer in APAC while most of other engineer are based in East coast timezone.
I think that might due to I asked for a salary increase. We have got agreement for everything even for on-borading, contract draft, when to start, etc. Then then withdraw my offer after I asked if I can get a salary increase to xxx. The reason they provided is async.
Anyway, interview process is ok, just the management team should make a line who they want to hire and what is not acceptable. Just in case to waste anyone's time for the candidates and company.
I still would recommend Pleo if you are based in US or EU.
