I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight in Jun 2022
Interview
Had a conversation with the recruiter then took an assessment. Afterwards there was a Zoom interview with one of the Senior Engineers. After that I pretty much was ghosted. Tried reaching out to the recruiter to no avail. Out of the blue I received an email with a link to leave a review about the interview process. From reading other reviews it seems as though a lot of other people received the same thing before receiving an answer only to get a denial a few days later. If this is the case, the company may want to re-evaluate the way they do things. How about send out the survey after you let candidates know whether they got the job or not. Very frustrating and misleading. Just an all around no.
