I have never given a bad review for anything in my life, this is the first. There’s a reason why all the reviews on here for strat finance are bad. I don’t advice anyone to waste their time applying for this role. Hiring manager is very unapproachable and they have no respect for a candidates time. Doing a case study with my time combined with my full time job should at least be appreciated and I should be given feedback rather than just a rejection. The process isn’t worth it, don’t do it. Weeks 1-2: HR screen, phone interview with the team, take-home case study Weeks 3-6: presenting case over the phone/interview, another phone interview with the team (easy technical questions).
