Interview
The interviewer ask a question about strstr and ask me about previous job. The interviewer does not pay much attention to the speaker. For this position, they want a debugger. They talk about other things during interview process which is not related to interview. I think if the interviewer does not interested with interviewee job experience. He/She should inform interviewee about this and let interviewee know what they should talk about especially when the interviewee has multi-project in past.
one hour, 45min coding, then ask some basic questions. Coding in codepad. Describe then code.
Ask visa status, goals, experience about Pocket Gems games and so on.
A period of time for checking coding bugs by eyes, no need to run.

Interview
I got two interviews from pocket gems totally for the same position. One got about three month ago and second got recently. My advice for candidates is the DO NOT WASTE TIME FOR THIS COMPANY.
Totally, the two interview are not too hard. I got them from recruiter. Each interview, I got two round phone interview. After that, I got thank you letter and "not move forward email". All the four round interview, the interviewers were satisfied with me and my answers were also correct. Not just me, my friend also got same situation with me.
Even if pocket gems offer another around interview to me, I would never take it. It is just a waste of time.

HR contacted me and chatted for around half an hour. Then an technical phone interview was scheduled.
The phone interview consisted of two coding questions:
