The owner's wife and I spoke, then I spoke to him via phone later that week. Decided not to pursue the offer because the owner didn't listen to me, didn't speak about the job at hand, was aggressively talkative without any room for questions or clarifications, and interrupted frequently. I then heard him speak to a female subordinate in a condescending way, and that finalized my disinterest in any further pursuit of this role or the company.
