4 stages, typical interview process. HR then followed by team members. They were all nice and pleasant to talk to and asked appropriate questions. The overall experience was pleasant, but response from HR was a little slow.

Interview
3 stage interview, one chat with hiring manager, followed by technical exercise, followed by demo. However the technical exercise is a catch out - marked against different criteria that was in the brief. Feedback on technical exercises reflected personal preferences that would be impossible for any external candidate to know. Didn't judge on ability to come into a new org and ramp up quickly, judged on ability to do the job how they want it done right now before even started. Good luck finding that mind reader!

3. Technical Assessment: I was asked to respond to customer email scenarios and create an API collection in Postman to demonstrate both communication and technical skills.
4. Assesment Review & Mock Customer Meeting: A role-play session with two team members acting as customers. The focus was on discovery, understanding business needs, and demonstrating a consultative approach.
5. Demo Presentation: The final stage involved delivering a product demonstration of my choice, allowing me to showcase my presentation, storytelling, and technical communication skills.
Overall, the process was thorough and provided multiple opportunities to demonstrate both technical expertise and customer-facing capabilities.
