Interview
Multiple round interview. First interview with HR and second was a site visit on location, touring a site in the practice group of interest. Talked to a PM, another project engineer, and a couple people from upper management during the whole process.
Did a phone interview before coming in person, straightforward process but it took a bit longer than usual. They did not tell me about drug testing until two days before my start date which messed with my schedule
