Interview
I met the interviewer at a Lone Star Veterans Association meeting. The guy was friendly and enthusiastic. He spoke with joy and conviction of how great his company is. The interview was to find out your level of wanting to be part of an organization that cares for it's employees.

They asked if I had any willingness to work as a group to better everyone involved.
Phone call lasted 2 minutes, didn't seem interested in actually getting to know anything about me but more so wanted to know if I was interviewing with other companies. Was no longer interested as soon as no effort was put into being interviewed for the position

Are you interviewing else where? How are they going, what point in the process are you at?
It was great! Thorough, quick, and transparent. Each interview person had their own unique questions, discussed different aspects of the job and there was limited repetition across each level of interview which was refreshing.

Nice people but definitely trying to get you through process quickly with little time to think. Recruiters don’t about you, just getting paid their compensation for you accepting. Pay structure doesn’t match they say you’ll make
