Interview
The interview begins with an initial phone screening which is then followed by an in-person interview. Once the in-person interview was completed I was offered the position in the same day. One of the best interviews that I have ever had.
They call and talk to you for a while on the phone then bring you in for a few step process interview. The phone call feels long and value-bringing however remember it is still a door-to-door sales job.

Easy process, 2 stages, good professional atmosphere. Dress professionally, answer professionally, and have personal goals. Be engaging, don’t provide one word answers, and think about the big picture. When interview is over, thank, and follow up.

Interview process is very laid back and casual. None pressure feeling. Power is more interested in getting a chance to know you as a person. Want to see how you will fit into the culture
