Interview
Annoying interview process. They ask you to suit up when you're just going to be wearing a uniform anyway. Some people have to go in for TWO interviews, some don't. Its pointless and alot of lying is going on that you will discover after 2 or 3 weeks with the company
The only thing I liked was the hiring process. There wasn't a ridiculous amount of paperwork to be filled out.
Tell people the TRUTH. They say youll work from 11a-7p . You might think, oh okay so we'll be back at the office at 7pm and ill be heading home shortly after. WRONG!
You head back to the office around 8pm (thats the time the call center closes.) Add another 15 or 20 minutes for the van driver to pick everyone up from different sections of town. Add drive time back to the office. Some could be close, some could be nearly an hour away! Basically, expect to be home around 9pm very often. You're wasting about 10 hours every day with this company. I wish they'd tell you THAT in the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you say is your WEAKEST point as a salesman?
They call and talk to you for a while on the phone then bring you in for a few step process interview. The phone call feels long and value-bringing however remember it is still a door-to-door sales job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Boston, MA) in Sep 2021
Interview
Easy process, 2 stages, good professional atmosphere. Dress professionally, answer professionally, and have personal goals. Be engaging, don’t provide one word answers, and think about the big picture. When interview is over, thank, and follow up.

Interview process is very laid back and casual. None pressure feeling. Power is more interested in getting a chance to know you as a person. Want to see how you will fit into the culture
