We want to be fully transparent — the delay you mentioned between interviews was due to us pausing our process while we revamped one of our interview stations. Everyone was meant to receive an update at that time, so if you did not hear from us, that’s on us. We should have communicated clearly and consistently, and we apologize for the lack of clarity and the impression that you had been left without updates. That is not the experience we want anyone to have when interviewing with Praetorian.
We also take your points about the technical issues with the platform and the overall flow of the interview seriously. Candidate experience is very important to us, and your input will help us identify areas where we need to improve.
