Pragmatike interview questions

I had one of the most unusual interview experiences with this company. During the final interview, the CEO was unable to clearly answer basic questions regarding working conditions, cooperation format, compensation, or working hours. What was particularly surprising was that these questions seemed unexpected to him, even though they are standard for any candidate evaluating a role. Additionally, the job description did not mention that the position was freelance, and the vacancy itself was published under a different company name, which created further confusion about the actual employer and terms. Overall, the process lacked transparency and left a negative impression.
