I had one of the most unusual interview experiences with this company. During the final interview, the CEO was unable to clearly answer basic questions regarding working conditions, cooperation format, compensation, or working hours.
What was particularly surprising was that these questions seemed unexpected to him, even though they are standard for any candidate evaluating a role.
Additionally, the job description did not mention that the position was freelance, and the vacancy itself was published under a different company name, which created further confusion about the actual employer and terms.
Overall, the process lacked transparency and left a negative impression.
I applied for a Senior Business Development Representative role for the Romanian market and after more than 1 week of radio silence, I eventually found out from the recruiter that the company is offering between 1000 and 1500 EUR, which is very low and most probably is gross.
The offered salary is considerably lower than what I would expect for a role of this seniority and responsibility.
