Precocity interview questions

Very relaxed and straight forward. Appropriate questions, sometimes difficult, but the interviewers were bright and cross-trained on a variety of topics. They thoroughly reviewed my resume with me and didn't just scan it for a few keywords. They helped me understand how I was looking to fit into their company. Honestly, I wish all the interviews I've gone on were like this.
