First, the HR representative set up a call with me, where she asked questions about my resume and previous experience. After that, I had a second call with the CS team lead. Even though I sent a resume for Customer Success Manager, I had a request to work primarily with team processes and handling the technical side of CS. So we were discussing my expectations. The third round was test week. I had a list of tasks to do during the week, and based on my performance, I received an offer aligned with my expectations from this position. I liked that the company offered me a position that matched my skills and expectations, even though I had initially applied for a different role.
