      Pros

      Truly love our team culture. Hardworking group. Works together really well. Oriented towards growth. Open to feedback and has high standards. Thrilled I joined this team.

      Cons

      Being in the U.S., I don't have as much interaction with the full team in Europe. It's a con because I've enjoyed interacting with everybody already and love seeing how close-knit the fuller team is.

      Extremely collaborative team culture that makes it easy to do your best work Strong inbound lead generation — you're selling to people who are already looking to buy. Robust, ever-evolving product; the team ships meaningful improvements on a biweekly cadence Very competitive pricing in a crowded procurement software market, which improves the probability to win deals

      Cons

      The US-based team is still in its early stages, which can create time zone friction with the European team where much of the company is based. As a result, communication could be smoother, though many colleagues are highly responsive despite the distance.
