Preferred Care Partners interview questions

I came for one interview with the V.P. and the other person in the department. Then I heard nothing for almost a month so I assumed I didn't get it; then I got an email with an offer for the job. No personal contact at all ' - all electronic. Even before I was to begin job; I had to call them to ask final questions (dress, parking, etc.). I would have thought they would have called to congratulate me and get me ready to begin but it was just an email - nothing person to person at all. The email was from the hiring person in H.R. whom I did not know or meet when I interviewed. It was kind of strange.
