Interview
Interview with a product manager, followed by a low effort home case and then an interview with a co-founder and a quick friendly chat with a teammate before an offer was made.
Fairly quick and to the point hiring process without too many steps, that's a plus. Be prepared to share some cool project from your portfolio, better if it's some kind of desktop SaaS product.

Interview
Honestly, a huge disappointment. I really loved everyone I met along the process and communication was great until a final decision was needing to be made, apart from a co-founder forgetting about one of my interviews. He was apologetic and rescheduled so I swept that under the carpet.
It’s been approximately 3 months since that decision was supposed to have been made. I was left in the dark for a month, then updated almost two months ago now by email and advised that I’m « still in the running » for the role and that I would be updated on a final decision in three weeks from when that email was sent. This never happened.
Being ghosted after the interview process was a real shame.
