I felt the interview itself went exceptionally well; I was engaged in the conversation, felt I clearly articulated my qualifications and enthusiasm for the [Job Title] role, and left with a strong impression. It was therefore disappointing to be informed approximately one week later that my application was not successful and I would not be receiving a job offer.

The interview process is simple. They are looking for honest, money driven personnel who are self starting go-getters. If you possess the qualities, you will do great. Make sure to ask any and all questions you may have during the interview to get a good idea of what the job will entail exactly. And ensure you are willing to possibly work outside of the normal hourly range due to sometimes being stuck in a sale or having to stay over to help customers. The management is really looking for people who will go above and beyond for the company.

Overall very welcoming and encouraging! Manager made me feel very comfortable and optimistic during entire interview process ! Felt very prepared for the interview and whole process seemed to go very well, to me, at least. Wasn’t prepared for some of the questions I was asked but who did my interview process made me feel better about the situation and more comfortable with myself that I didn’t think it seemed to matter much or cause much negative attention to myself. Felt great and pretty confident about whole process afterwards and really comfortable with the person who gave me the interview himself.
