I got call from consultancy and opening was for technical lead and I did not have experience as lead still my resume go shortlisted. My interview was scheduled on Saturday. first round was MCQ test related to Java and then there was designing test. After both was these rounds were cleared, they took technical interview. It was pretty decent. I was asked related to java, hibernate, webservices. Technical got cleared and before manager round HR discussion happened with some common questions related to project role and strength, weakness. After the discussion HR mentioned that as I dont have any experience in leading they can't process further. Then why do they do not scan resume properly while shortlisting a candidate.
