Two rounds interview
The first round interview happened within one week after I submitted application online. The HR asked some personality questions and my past leadership experience. It took about 30-40 minutes.
The second round interview happened within two weeks after the first around. The interviewer is at a higher position and asked more details about the interns in the past. Because they are related to the position that applied.
It was a great interview - the supervisors asked relevant questions and answered all of my questions. Not high stress, but professional. Multiple people were in the interview, including a current employee, which was helpful to get both the employee and supervisor's opinion.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Principal Financial Group (Hong Kong)

First round and Third round focus on experience and passion, the second round is more on sharing and how you can fit in the company.

There were 3 rounds of face to face interview. First one was sort of techno functional, second managerial and third human resource. Post that I was kept on hold by the HR for a month, and they called me afterwards with an offer I couldn't refuse.
